Saya mulai dengan cek M dasar - apa yang salah dengan sepeda. Buat daftar hal-hal yang perlu dilakukan. Itu berarti inspeksi dekat frame untuk kerusakan / retakan - jika frame adalah write off sepeda hanya merupakan bagian donor dan dilucuti.

Saya mulai dengan menghapus semua bit buruk dan memutuskan apakah mereka bisa diperbaiki setelah membangun kembali atau jika mereka perlu diganti.

Setelah semuanya mati dari sepeda yang tidak berfungsi, saya membuat keputusan tentang apakah nilainya diperbaiki sama sekali. Hindari tenggelam banyak waktu ke dalam sepeda jika marjinal. Ada banyak sepeda di luar sana, dan sementara sentimentalitas dan sejarah membantu memindahkan batas Anda masih harus selektif.

Bekerja pada setiap subsistem secara bergantian. Yaitu saya akan membuat BB sempurna dan kemudian beralih ke engkol. Kemudian roda belakang, kaset, derailleurs, rantai.

Selalu bersihkan barang sebelum mengerjakannya. Sepeda yang bersih lebih baik untuk digunakan. Jadi lakukan bagian-bagian yang kotor terlebih dahulu - yaitu transmisi, hub roda, roda truing dll.

Biarkan detail finishing sampai nanti. Pelana, bartape, reflektor, kabel bagian dalam untuk rem / pemindah, dan rem menuju akhir urutan.

Akhirnya, uji sepeda. Anda harus mengendarainya selama beberapa menit, lambat pada awalnya lalu bangun untuk mempercepat dan menguji rem dan bergeser.

Setelah 4-6 minggu, Anda akan ingin mengubah rem dan kabel shifter juga - mereka bed-in dengan penggunaan.
