@if it doesnt give a result like pip 20.0.2 from /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/pip (python 3.8)
# enter the following commands
sudo apt install python3-pip
sudo apt install python3-pip3

$ curl -O https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py
$ sudo python3.2 get-pip.py
You cannot just pip install python3 because it is not a library.
If you want to install the latest python3:
https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.8.2/python-3.8.2.exe
