1 - go to the terminal('ctrl'+'Alt'+'T')
2 - type => 'sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list' (this will show you
                                              the places where your 
                                              machine is searching for 
                                              up(dates/grades))
3 - comment(put a '#' in the begining) of any line that has 'cdrom' writen
in it
