Tidak dapat menginstal kubuntu-Desktop di ubuntu 16.04 Lts

Saya memecahkan masalah ini dengan melakukan penulisan ulang paksa

sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite  /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-config-telepathy-accounts_4%3a15.12.3-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

dan kemudian memperbaiki instalasi dengan

sudo apt-get install -f
