apt broken di Ubuntu 16.04

Tampaknya versi python default Anda adalah 3.X. Saya memecahkan masalah ini dengan menginstal python3-pip bukan python-pip.

Saat menggunakan pip, harap bedakan pip untuk python2 dan pip3 untuk python3.
