My MacBook Pro, High Sierra mengunduh 13G tadi malam ketika sedang tidur

Sistem itu mungkin ditutup di tempat kerja saya.

Bagaimana saya bisa menemukan alasannya? Beberapa cahaya pada 13GB itu? Bagaimana Monitor Aktivitas menemukan angka-angka itu? Saya akan dengan senang hati memberikan informasi lebih lanjut saat komputer belum dimatikan.
